Congratulations are in order for Brooklyn Center’s newest homeowners! We have crafted an even finer “Augusta” floor plan, with an enhanced front entry, updated center island and a formal laundry room in the lower level!
The updated entryway includes a window above the front door — letting in an abundance of natural light. So inviting!
Our kitchen is still fully stocked with Stainless Steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. We’ve aligned our center island to be more square within the kitchen, allowing more space around it through the dining and living room.
As per usual, this home comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the upper level — one of them being the Primary Bedroom, which has its own private 3/4 bathroom.
The lower level is fully finished with a spacious family room, 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, FINISHED laundry room and then the utility room nearby. No wonder this is one of our most popular plans!
