We recently closed on our 4th and final home at Noberg Corner in Coon Rapids!

What started as a nearly 2 acre parcel, ended up being 4 lots for brand new, single family homes. As expected, these homes sold like hot cakes & were an awesome addition to the existing cul-de-sac neighborhood.

A warm “welcome home” is due to all 4 homeowners who have finally moved in!
